What NODES Solutions collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. Written to be read, not survived.
NODES Solutions operates nodes.solutions: a marketplace where businesses find software built by vetted technology companies, and a delivery team that builds custom software, integrations and AI in-house. This policy covers both.
It is written to be read rather than survived. Where a term has a precise legal meaning we use it, and where plain English is clearer we use that instead.
Account data: your name, email address, company, and role, supplied when you register or sign in. Authentication is handled by Supabase on our behalf; we never see your password.
Business data: the briefs, requirements, listings, messages and documents you submit. For software houses this includes the identity and business evidence required for verification.
Usage data: pages viewed, listings opened, and similar activity, used to rank the marketplace and to see which listings answer real demand. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them.
Payment data: handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only the transaction reference and its status.
Voice and video calls run peer-to-peer through our own media server. Call audio and video are not recorded.
A call host can turn on written notes, which transcribe speech to text in the host's browser. When notes are running, every participant sees a notice in the call for as long as it lasts — the notice is set by our server, not by the host's browser, so it cannot be dismissed while capture continues. Who turned notes on, and when, is recorded.
If you do not consent to notes, say so and the host can switch them off, or you can leave the call.
To run the platform: authenticate you, show the right workspace, match briefs to verified partners, and move an engagement through its stages.
To keep it safe: detect abuse, enforce rate limits, verify software houses, and maintain an audit trail of who did what.
To improve it: understand in aggregate which listings and searches lead somewhere, so the marketplace reflects real demand.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data to train models.
Buyer identity is not shared with software houses. A partner sees the scope, the budget range and the timeline — not your company name or contact details — until you choose to share them.
Software houses see only opportunities assigned to them, and only for as long as the assignment lasts.
Conversations happen in a NODES-managed workspace, and a NODES administrator is a participant. That is deliberate: it is how scope stays clear and how disputes can be resolved.
We use a small number of processors to run the service: Supabase (authentication and database), Amazon Web Services (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payments), and an email delivery provider for transactional mail. Each processes data on our instructions and under contract.
We disclose data outside that list only where the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
Data is held in managed cloud infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
We keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards only where a legal, contractual or accounting obligation requires it. Verification evidence and transaction records typically have the longest retention for that reason.
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data by contacting us, subject to obligations that require us to keep certain records.
You can change your cookie choices at any time from the banner or by clearing site data. Declining optional cookies does not limit any feature.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, tell us first at info@nodes.solutions — we would rather fix it — and you retain the right to complain to your data protection authority.
When this policy changes materially we update the date below and, where the change affects how your data is used, tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
