The rules for using NODES Solutions — what we do, what you do, and who is responsible for what when software is delivered.
NODES Solutions runs two things. The marketplace lists software products built by technology companies we have verified: you find what fits, and NODES brokers the introduction, runs the negotiation, and manages the engagement through delivery.
The services are ours. Custom software, implementation, integration, security review and AI delivery are performed by the NODES team. Where NODES delivers, NODES is accountable for that work under the agreement we sign with you.
Where a product is supplied by a technology company, the licence and any warranty for that product are between you and that company. NODES manages the engagement and holds both sides to the agreed scope, but does not warrant another company's software.
You need an account to open a managed conversation or submit a brief. Browsing the marketplace does not require one.
Keep your details accurate and your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for people, not teams — do not share one.
Software houses must pass verification before they can publish a listing or receive an opportunity. That means supplying genuine identity and business evidence and keeping it current.
Submitting false or borrowed evidence ends the account, and we will say so to anyone whose engagement it touched.
Verification is a check, not a guarantee. It confirms a house is who it says it is and has delivered the kind of work it claims. It is not a warranty of any particular outcome.
A listing must describe software or services the provider can actually deliver, at pricing the provider will honour. Pricing shown is the provider's, and indicative figures must be labelled as such.
We review listings before they publish and can unpublish anything inaccurate, misleading, or outside what the provider is verified to deliver.
Nothing is bought inside the marketplace. Adding a listing to a conversation opens a managed discussion; commercial terms are agreed between you and the provider.
Commercial conversations happen in a NODES-managed workspace with a NODES administrator present. Do not try to move an introduction off-platform to avoid the managed process — that is the one thing that ends an account fastest, on either side.
Calls in the workspace are not recorded. A host can enable written notes, and every participant is shown a notice for as long as notes are running. Do not enable notes over anyone's objection.
Platform fees and any service fees are shown before you commit to them. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
Fees for work delivered by a software house are set out in the agreement with that house, not here.
Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the marketplace, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use NODES to contact people who have not asked to hear from you.
Do not misrepresent who you are, who you work for, or what you have built.
We may suspend or close an account for conduct that puts security, trust, or another party's engagement at risk. Where it is fair to do so we will tell you why first.
What you upload stays yours. You grant NODES the permission needed to host it, show it to the people your engagement involves, and run the service.
For work the NODES team builds, ownership of the code and the intellectual property is set out in the agreement we sign with you, and it is settled in writing before the build starts — not after.
For a product licensed from a technology company through the marketplace, ownership and licence terms are that company's, and we put them in front of you before you commit.
We work to keep NODES available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
For work the NODES team delivers, our obligations and our liability are those set out in the agreement for that work.
For a product supplied by a technology company through the marketplace, NODES is not liable for that product's performance beyond the managed role described here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can close your account at any time. We keep what the law and our records require, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may end access for a material breach of these terms, and for verification fraud we will do so immediately.
We update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes are notified rather than quietly published, and continued use after that means you accept them.
